96. דייר שהוא גוף מואגד
היה הדייר המוצע גוף מואגד והדייר היוצא אינו גוף מואגד, יהיה סירוב בעל הבית להשכיר לדייר המוצע טעם סביר להתנגדותו; ורשאי בית הדין לראות בסירוב בעל הבית טעם סביר אף במקרה שגם הדייר היוצא הוא גוף מואגד.
