98. דייר מוצע – דייר לפי חוק
דייר מוצע, לרבות דייר נשאר, שקיבל את ההחזקה במושכר לפי חוק זה, יחולו עליו הוראות חוק זה, ויחולו עליו, בכפוף לסעיף 19(ב), תנאי השכירות כפי שהיו לאחרונה בין הדייר היוצא לבין בעל הבית או כפי ששונו על פי הסכם בין הדייר המוצע או הנשאר לבין בעל הבית או על פי חוק.
