6. התקנון
(א)ההנהלה תתקין את תקנון הקרן ובו יהיו, בין השאר, הוראות בדבר פעולות הקרן, נוהלי הגשת בקשות לקרן והטיפול בהן, סדרי עבודת הנהלת הקרן וועדותיה, ודרכים לשינוי התקנון.
(ב)התקנון וכל שינוי בו טעונים אישור השר, שר האוצר וועדת העבודה והרווחה של הכנסת, ואולם ניתן לקבוע בתקנון סוגי שינויים שאינם טעונים אישור ועדת העבודה והרווחה של הכנסת.
(ג)התקנון וכל שינוי בו יפורסמו ברשומות.
