13. סודיות
(א)העובדות שהגיעו לידיעתו של המתווך אגב התיווך ולא היו ידועות ברבים הן בחזקת סוד ולא יביאן המתווך לידיעת אדם זולתו, אלא במידה שהדבר דרוש למילוי תפקידו ולשימוש בסמכויותיו.
(ב)העובר על הוראות סעיף קטן (א), דינו – מאסר שנה או קנס אלף לירות.
