31. תקפו של פסק בוררים
(א)תקופת תקפו של פסק־בוררים בענין תנאי עבודה, הוא שנה מיום נתינתו, אם לא נקבעה בה תקופה קצרה יותר.
(ב)תחילתו של פסק־בוררים היא מיום נתינתו, אם לא נקבע בו לכך תאריך מוקדם יותר או מאוחר יותר.
(ג)דינו של פסק־בוררים כדין חוזה בין הצדדים לבוררות או כדין הסכם קיבוצי ביניהם, הכל לפי הענין; פסק־בוררים בקשר להסכם קיבוצי בר־תוקף דינו כדין אותו הסכם קיבוצי.
