5א. חובת הודעה על שביתה והשבתה
תיקון: תשכ״ט
על אף האמור בסעיף 5 חייב צד לסכסוך למסור הודעה כאמור באותו סעיף לצד שני ולממונה הראשי על כל שביתה או על כל השבתה, לפי הענין, חמישה עשר יום לפחות לפני תחילתן.
