19י. שירות ציבורי – מהו
תיקון: תשס״ה
”שירות ציבורי“ – אחד מאלה:
(1)שירות הניתן לציבור או לחלק בלתי מסוים ממנו בידי גוף ציבורי או במקום ציבורי כהגדרתו בסימן ג׳;
(2)שירות מהשירותים המפורטים בתוספת השניה המיועד לכלל הציבור או לחלק בלתי מסוים ממנו.
