ספקי שירותים גדולים יגישו מדי שנה לשר הבריאות דיווח בדבר הנגשת שירותי בריאות ומקומות שבהם ניתנים שירותי בריאות שבאחריותם, שבוצעה במהלך השנה החולפת, בתקופת הביניים או בתקופת ההארכה, לפי סעיף 19כ(ג), כמתחייב לפי הוראות סימן זה.
