בעלים של מוסדות על־תיכוניים יגישו מדי שנה לשר החינוך ולשר התעשיה המסחר והתעסוקה, לפי הענין, דיווח בדבר הנגשת המוסדות ושירותי ההשכלה הניתנים בהם שבוצעה במהלך השנה החולפת במוסדותיהם, בתקופת הביניים, כמתחייב על פי הוראות חלק זה.
