תיקון: תשס״ה
השר לביטחון הפנים, וכן הנציב, לפי הענין, ידווחו לוועדה, אחת לשנה, על אופן הטיפול בתלונות שהוגשו לפי סעיף 19מח או לפי הוראות הנגישות לפי חוק התכנון והבניה, לרבות מספר התלונות וכתבי האישום שהוגשו, מספר ההרשעות וגזרי הדין וכן העילות לאי־הגשת כתבי האישום.
