18. סייג לאחריות
עובד השירות או הפועל מטעם השירות לא ישא באחריות פלילית או אזרחית למעשה או למחדל שעשה בתום לב ובאופן סביר במסגרת תפקידו ולשם מילויו; ואולם אין בהוראות סעיף זה כדי לגרוע מאחריות משמעתית לפי כל דין.
