22. פרסום, סודיות ואחריות
(א)תקנות לפי חוק זה יפורסמו ברשומות; כללים, הוראות השירות ונוהלי השירות לפי חוק זה אינם טעונים פרסום ברשומות או פרסום פומבי אחר.
(ב)אופן שמירתם של כללים, הוראות השירות ונוהלי השירות, לרבות הגדרת סיווגם והפצתם ייקבע בכללים, בהוראות השירות ובנוהלי השירות, בהתאמה.
(ג)לא יישא אדם באחריות פלילית או משמעתית לפי כללים או הוראות השירות שלא פורסמו, אלא אם כן הובאו לידיעתו בדרך אחרת כפי שקבע ראש השירות או ראש הממשלה.
