25. תחילה והוראות מעבר
(א)תחילתו של חוק זה שישים ימים מיום פרסומו, ואולם תחילתו של סעיף 15(ב) ביום תחילתן של תקנות שיותקנו לפיו, ולא יאוחר מתום שישה חודשים מיום תחילתו של חוק זה.
(ב)החלטות ממשלה, נהלים והסדרים אחרים שנהגו ערב תחילתו של חוק זה בענינים שחוק זה דן בהם, יעמדו בתוקפם עד לקביעת תקנות, כללים, הוראות שירות והחלטות ממשלה הדרושים לאותו ענין לפי חוק זה, ולא יאוחר מתום 18 חודשים מיום תחילתו של חוק זה.
