6. ועדת הכנסת לעניני השירות
תיקון: תשע״ד
(א)ועדת המשנה למודיעין ולשירותים חשאיים של ועדת החוץ והביטחון של הכנסת תשמש כועדת הכנסת לעניני השירות לענין חוק זה.
(ב)ישיבותיה של ועדת הכנסת לעניני השירות יהיו חסויות, ופרסומם של הדברים שנאמרו או שנמסרו בהן אסור, אלא אם כן החליטה הועדה אחרת, לאחר שמיעת עמדת ראש השירות.
