לא יראו בקשה כבקשה למתן פטור משירות או לדחיית שירות לפי כל דין ולא יראו בקביעת הוועדה לפי סעיף 26ט(ד) כטעמים למתן פטור משירות לדחיית שירות לפי כל דין או כהסדרת מעמד.
