אם נקבע בפסק דין סופי כי חבר אנשים מסויים הנו ארגון טרוריסטי, ייחשב פסק הדין בכל דיון משפטי אחר ראיה לכאורה שאותו חבר אנשים הנו ארגון טרוריסטי.
