6. סגירת מקומות פעולה וכו׳ של ארגון טרוריסטי
תיקון: תש״ם, תשס״ה
(א)המפקח הכללי של משטרת ישראל רשאי להחליט בכתב לסגור כל מקום המשמש לארגון טרוריסטי או לחבריו, בקביעות או בהזדמנות מסויימת, מקום של פעולה, פגישה, תעמולה או מחסן; משניתנה החלטה כאמור, רשאי כל מפקח משטרה לבצעה.
(ב)(בוטל).
