11. מסירת מידע על ידי מועמד
(א)מועמד ימציא למוסד, לפי דרישת המוסד, כל מסמך וכל נתון אחר הדרוש לשם הליך הרישום ללימודים להקבלה למוסד, בכפוף להוראות סעיף 4(ג).
(ב)מוסד לא יעשה כל שימוש במסמכים ובנתונים האמורים בסעיף קטן (א), מלבד השימוש הנדרש בתהליך קבלתו של המועמד למוסד או שימוש אחר שהמועמד נתן לו את הסכמתו.
