14. מלגות
מלגות המוענקות על ידי מוסד יחולקו לפי אמות מידה שיובאו לידיעת כלל הסטודנטים במוסד והמועמדים לאותו מוסד; בהענקת מלגות תינתן עדיפות לחלוקת מלגות סיוע על בסיס חברתי–כלכלי והישגים אקדמיים ולחלוקת מלגות הצטיינות; אין בהוראות סעיף זה כדי למנוע חלוקת מלגות לפי אמות מידה אחרות.
