26. ישיבות ועדת הביקורת
(א)ועדת הביקורת תקיים שתי ישיבות לפחות בכל רבעון.
(ב)המניין החוקי בישיבותיה של ועדת הביקורת יהיה שני חברי הוועדה ובהם יושב ראש הוועדה.
