14. אזרחות כפולה ומקום מגורים כפול
(א)פרט לענין התאזרחות, אין רכישת אזרחות ישראלית תלויה בויתור על אזרחות קודמת.
(ב)אזרח ישראלי שהוא גם אזרח חוץ, רואים אותו, לענין חוקי ישראל, כאזרח ישראלי.
(ג)תושב ישראל הגר בחוץ לארץ, רואים אותו, לענין חוק זה, כתושב ישראל כל עוד לא השתקע בחוץ לארץ.
