8. התאזרחות של קטינים
תיקון: תשכ״ח, תש״ם
(א)התאזרחותו של אדם מקנה אזרחות גם לילדו הקטין שביום ההתאזרחות היה תושב ישראל או תושב של אזור המוחזק על ידי צבא ההגנה לישראל והמתאזרח היה רשאי להחזיק בו.
(ב)היה הקטין אזרח חוץ ושני הוריו היו רשאים להחזיק בו ורק אחד מהם התאזרח, לא תוקנה לקטין אזרחות לפי סעיף קטן (א) אם הצהיר אחד ההורים שאין ברצונו שהקטין יהיה אזרח ישראלי.
