1. הוראות כלליות
תיקון: תשכ״ו
(א)מי שאיננו אזרח ישראלי, תהיה כניסתו לישראל על פי אשרת עולה או על פי אשרה לפי חוק זה.
(ב)מי שאיננו אזרח ישראלי או בעל אשרת עולה או תעודת עולה, תהיה ישיבתו בישראל על פי רשיון ישיבה לפי חוק זה.
