11ג. ביטול רישיון ישיבה של מסתנן שהורשע בביצוע עבירה והרחקתו מישראל
תיקון: תשפ״ה־2
הורשע מסתנן כהגדרתו בסעיף 11ב בעבירה שדינה שלוש שנות מאסר או יותר, יבטל שר הפנים את רישיון הישיבה שניתן לו וירחיקו מישראל לאחר תום תקופת ריצוי עונשו, אם מצא כי יש בשהייתו בישראל כדי לסכן את ביטחון המדינה או את שלום הציבור, ובלבד שנתן לו הזדמנות להשמיע את טענותיו.
