תיקון: תשע״ו
בסימן זה –
”הממונה על החקירה“ – השוטר שמונה להיות אחראי לחקירה, ואם לא מונה אחראי כאמור – השוטר בעל הדרגה הבכירה ביותר החוקר את העבירה;
”מעביד“ – לרבות מעסיק, מעסיק בפועל, מתווך כוח אדם וקבלן כוח אדם כהגדרתם בחוק עובדים זרים;
”קצין משטרה מוסמך“ – מפקד מחוז או מפקד יחידה ארצית במשטרת ישראל, שהוא בדרגת תת־ניצב ומעלה;
”תובע“ – כמשמעותו בסעיף 12 לחוק סדר הדין הפלילי.
