3. הארכת אשרות ורשיונות ישיבה
תיקון: תשי״ג
שר הפנים רשאי להאריך –
(1)רשיון לישיבת מעבר, ובלבד שסך־כל תקופות ההארכה לא תעלה על עשרה ימים;
(2)רשיון לישיבת ביקור, ובלבד שסך־כל תקופות ההארכה לא יעלה על שנתיים;
(3)רשיון לישיבת ארעי, ובלבד שתקופת כל הארכה לא תעלה על שנתיים.
