נכס מסוג המקרקעים שחלק ממנו הוקנה לאפוטרופוס, זכאי האפוטרופוס להשתתף בהנהלת הנכס כולו יחד עם הבעלים שאינם נפקדים, באותן הזכויות שהיו לנפקד.
