תיקון: תשי״א
על אף האמור בחוק זה, נכס שלא היה נכס נפקד ביום תחילת תקפו של חוק נכסי נפקדים (תיקון), תשי״א–1951, לא יהיה לנכס נפקד אך ורק משום שנפקד, הנמצא אותה שעה כחוק בשטח ישראל היה לבעלו החוקי, נהנה ממנו, או החזיק בו, לאחר אותו יום.
