שחרר האפוטרופוס מקרקעין מוקנים שבשעת הקנייתם היו מוקדשים על פי דין לטובת בני המשפחה של המקדיש או בני משפחה אחרת שעודם בחיים, הכל כשהמקדיש, בעל המקרקעין, האדם שבידיו החזקה או הניהול בהם או הנהנים מההקדש היו נמנים אותה שעה עם הכנסיה האוונגלית־אפיסקופלית, רשאי אפוטרופוס להעביר לנהנים אלה את הבעלות במקרקעין.
