3. מינוי מפקחים, סוכנים ועובדים
(א)האפוטרופוס רשאי, באישור שר האוצר בכתב, למנות מפקחים על נכסי נפקדים, ולהעביר לכל אחד מהם כל סמכות מסמכויותיו, חוץ מהסמכות למנות מפקחים. הודעה על מינויו ועל היקף סמכויותיו של כל מפקח תפורסם על ידי האפוטרופוס ברשומות.
(ב)האפוטרופוס רשאי למנות סוכנים להנהלת נכסים מוחזקים בשמו ולקבוע ולשלם את שכר טרחתם.
(ג)האפוטרופוס רשאי למנות פקידים ועובדים אחרים שדינם כדין שאר עובדי המדינה.
