6. מסירת נכסים לאפוטרופוס
(א)אדם שברשותו נכס נפקד חייב למסרו לאפוטרופוס.
(ב)אדם שיש עליו חוב או חיוב אחר כלפי נפקד חייב לסלק את החוב לאפוטרופוס או לקיים כלפיו את החיוב.
