17. כפיה
(א)מי שהתקשר בחוזה עקב כפיה שכפה עליו הצד השני או אחר מטעמו, בכוח או באיום, רשאי לבטל את החוזה.
(ב)אזהרה בתום לב על הפעלתה של זכות אינה בגדר איום לענין סעיף זה.
