61. תחולה
(א)הוראות חוק זה יחולו כשאין בחוק אחר הוראות מיוחדות לענין הנדון.
(ב)הוראות חוק זה יחולו, ככל שהדבר מתאים לענין ובשינויים המחוייבים, גם על פעולות משפטיות שאינן בבחינת חוזה ועל חיובים שאינם נובעים מחוזה.
