17. הפרה צפויה
גילה צד לחוזה את דעתו שלא יקיים את החוזה, או שנסתבר מנסיבות הענין שלא יוכל או לא ירצה לקיימו, זכאי הצד השני לתרופות לפי חוק זה גם לפני המועד שנקבע לקיום החוזה, ובלבד שבית המשפט, בנתנו צו אכיפה, לא יורה שיש לבצע חיוב לפני המועד שנקבע לקיומו.
