19. זכות עיכבון
קיבל הנפגע עקב החוזה נכס של המפר שעליו להחזירו, תהא לנפגע זכות עיכבון באותו נכס כדי תשלום הסכומים המגיעים לו מן המפר עקב ההפרה.
