22. שמירת דינים
(א)אין בחוק זה כדי לגרוע מסמכות בית המשפט לתת פסק דין הצהרתי, צו עשה או לא־תעשה, לשעה או לתמיד, החלטות ביניים או כל סעד אחר.
(ב)הוראות חוק זה יחולו כשאין בחוק המסדיר יחסי עבודה או בחוק אחר הוראות מיוחדות לענין הנדון.
