8. דרך הביטול
ביטול החוזה יהיה בהודעת הנפגע למפר תוך זמן סביר לאחר שנודע לו על ההפרה; אולם במקרה האמור בסעיף 7(ב) ובכל מקרה אחר שהנפגע נתן למפר תחילה ארכה לקיום החוזה – תוך זמן סביר לאחר שחלפה הארכה.
