3. הטלת הפקודה
תיקון: תש״ח, תש״ט, תשי״א
מותר לו לשר העבודה או לשר התחבורה, אם נוכח שהדבר דרוש להגנת הארץ או לפיתוחה, להורות בצו כי פקודה זו תחול על כל דרך. צו זה לא יפורסם ברשומות אלא אם כן סבור שר התחבורה או שר העבודה כי פרסום זה לא יזיק להגנת הארץ.
