15. זכויותיהם וחובותיהם של חברים
(1)אסור לשום חבר של אגודה רשומה להשתמש בזכויות של חבר אלא אם כן שלם לאגודה דמי חבר או עד אשר רכש באגודה מדת השתתפות, כפי שיקבע בתקנות האגודה.
(2)משנתקבל חבר לאגודה, יהא חייב בהתחיבויות שהאגודה קבלה על עצמה קודם להתקבלותו כחבר.
