כל אגודה רשומה חייבת לקבוע לה מען בישראל אשר ירשם בהתאם לתקנות, ואשר לשם ישלחו כל ההודעות והמכתבים, ועל האגודה לשלוח לרושם הודעה על כל שנוי שיחול במען.
