19. זכות העיון בתקנות האגודה וכו׳
על כל אגודה רשומה להחזיק אצלה העתק מן הפקודה הזאת ומן התקנות ומתקנותיה של האגודה, ורשימת חבריה; המסמכים הללו יהיו פתוחים לעיון בכל עת מתאמת במען הרשום של האגודה, חנם אין כסף, באותן שעות שבהן פתוח משרדה של האגודה לצרכי עסקיה.
