27א. רישום העברות של שעבודים לפני יום עשרים וששה בפברואר, 1935
תיקון: 1937, תשכ״ד
כל העברה של שעבוד שבידי אגודה רשומה עפ״י סעיף 26(1) מפקודה זו, ואשר נרשמה אצל קצין המחוז של הנפה אשר בה מצוי הנכס הכלול בשעבוד, מיום עשרים ושבעה בדצמבר, 1933, ואילך, אך לפני יום עשרים וששה בפברואר, 1935, דינה כדין העברה בת תוקף מלא, ואפילו אם לא נרשמה אותה העברה אצל הרושם.
