29. עונשו של חבר הסוחר בנכסים המשועבדים
תיקון: תש״ח־3
(1)כל חבר או מי שהיה חבר של אגודה המעביר או מנסה להעביר לאחר נכסים הכלולים בשעבוד שנרשם עפ״י פקודה זו או הסוחר או מנסה לסחור בהם מבלי שקיבל תחילה רשות בכתב מאת הועד, יאשם בעברה ויהא צפוי לקנס של חמישים לירות.
(2)שום דבר האמור בסעיף זה לא יפטור כל חבר או מי שהיה חבר מכל עונש, שנקבע בסעיפים אחרים של פקודה זו או בכל חוק אחר הנוהג באותה שעה ולא ימנע את האגודה מלחפש דרכי פצוי אחרים שנקבעו בסעיפים אחרים של פקודה זו או בכל חוק אחר הנוהג באותה שעה.
