34. פנקס החברים
כל פנקס או רשימה של חברים או של מניות שברשות כל אגודה רשומה ישמשו הוכחה לכאורה על כל פרט מן הפרטים דלקמן הרשומים בהם –
(א)התאריך שבו נרשם כחבר שמו של אדם באותו פנקס או באותה רשימה;
(ב)התאריך שבו חדל אותו אדם להיות חבר.
