Section 44 of פקודת האגודות השיתופיות, בדיקת פנקסי האגודה.
44. בדיקת פנקסי האגודה
(1)יכול הרושם עפ״י בקשה מאת נושה של אגודה רשומה לבדוק בעצמו את פנקסי האגודה, או למלא את ידו של איזה אדם אחר בכתב לבדוק את פנקסי האגודה:
בתנאי:
(א)שהמבקש יוכיח לרושם כי החוב הוא סכום שהגיע זמן פרעונו בעת הגשת הבקשה וכי הוא תבע את סילוקו של הסכום, והסכום לא סולק בתוך זמן מספיק, וכן
(ב)שהמבקש הפקיד אצל הרושם את הסכום אשר ידרוש הרושם בתורת בטחון לחשבון הוצאות הבדיקה המוצעת.
(2)על הרושם להודיע לנושה על תוצאותיה של כל בדיקה כזאת.
