50. ביטול הרישום
תיקון: תש״ט
(1)נוסף על הדו״ח שלו לבית המשפט, חייב המפרק להודיע לרושם מתי נשלם פירוק העסקים, ומשיקבל הרושם הודעה זאת או לאחר קבלו את הדו״ח הסופי של המפרק שנתמנה עפ״י סעיף 48(2), יבטל את רישום האגודה, ומאותה שעה תחדל האגודה לשמש כמוסד מאוגד.
(2)הרושם יפרסם ברשומות על חשבון האגודה הודעה על הביטול.
