6ה. פנייה לוועדת קבלה והטיפול בה
תיקון: תשפ״ג
(א)אדם המבקש כי יוקצו לו מקרקעין לשם רכישת זכות במקרקעין ביישוב קהילתי זכאי לפנות ישירות לוועדת הקבלה כאמור בסעיף 6ב.
(ב)הטיפול בפניות מועמדים ליישוב קהילתי וההתקשרות לשם קבלת חוות דעת מקצועית כאמור בסעיף 6ג(א)(4) ייעשו באמצעות המועצה האזורית שבה פועלת ועדת הקבלה.
