7. קביעת מקום המגורים של אדם
תיקון: תש״ח
בהתעורר שאלה אם, לצורך פקודה זו, יושב אדם בעיר או בסביבה הסמוכה לה או אם יושב הוא או יש בדעתו לשבת באותו הכפר או באותו גוש הכפרים בישראל, או בנוגע לסוג שאיזו אגודה שייכת לו, או בנוגע לאזור פעולותיה של אגודה או אם שייך איזה אדם למעמד או למשלח יד מסויים, תוחלט השאלה ע״י הרושם, והחלטתו תהא החלטת גמר.
