12. כפל תעודות
תיקון: תש״ל־3, תשל״ז־6, תשס״ג־4, תשפ״א־7
(א)רשות הרישוי רשאית לתת כפל תעודה למבקש אשר פנה לרשות ובמועד פנייתו רשאי להחזיק בה, ובלבד ששולמה האגרה לכך.
(ב)מצא בעל התעודה או מי שהרכב בשליטתו או מי שאחראי לרכב את התעודה המקורית לאחר שקיבל כפל ממנה – יחזיר את הכפל לרשות.
