122ג. מבנה הגלגינוע
תיקון: תשע״ט־6
(א)לא ינהג אדם בגלגינוע אלא אם כן התקיים בו האמור בתווית הסימון כאמור בפרט 1א לחלק ג׳ בתוספת השנייה.
(ב)לא ישנה אדם את המבנה של גלגינוע, באופן שיגרום לכך שיחדל מלהתקיים בו האמור בתווית הסימון האמורה בתקנת משנה (א) ואם הוא יצרן, יבואן או משווק של גלגינוע – באופן שיחדלו מלהתקיים בו דרישות ההגדרה גלגינוע, כולן או חלקן.
